If you are not captivating the essence of who you truly want to be in this life than why continue to manifest into a downward spiral of uncertainty. List at least 5 things that you can change within the next 6 months that will allow for a forward movement. These things could be simple things to start..such as taking walks in the parks or laying at the beach at least once a week. These are simple task that can be attainable and a must to balance your sense of being. Allow your goal for instance : "I will go to the beach and relax once a week for an hour (provide time that is realistic to start) and will focus only on my well being and happiness that this event has provided me.

I will read 5-10 pages a day of self-development books.
I will spend 15 minutes per morning in mediation and prayer.
I will reach out to others for friendship.
I will practice self-care by getting adequate rest.
I will decrease the amount of sugar in my diet daily by eating more fruit!

Walked to church today. Did some spiritual healing. Rode my bike to the farmers market. What a great feeling to start the day filled with motivation.
