At the farmers market today I over heard a family who was so happy to see how large the avocados was here. The family was so excited to see all the local fruits/vegetables and the hospitality of the vendors and shoppers. One vendor asked the family where they were from (it was obvious they were visitors to the island by the conversation that I over heard about them mentioning back home) and they said Colorado.
For that moment, I thought of those families and community in Colorado that has been through so much, with the tragic event and fires.
To often live is taken for granted. Today I ask..go and do something that makes you happy that maybe you have been putting off. Do something with your loved ones..does not have to cost money. Do something for a stranger. What ever you decide to do, do with full intention and love and remember that you are special.

Do we see yourself as a manifestation of your higher power? Do we not take opportunities because we fear the unknown? We all have the ability to captive what we want if we set aside fear and let go. Do what is righteous within your core values and know that if you have hope, belief, and love ..all manifestation of achieving a hierarchy is there for the taking.

What is your understanding of being humble? Do this form of lifestyle defeat your purpose of losing identity? If you view humbleness as form of limited yourself from growth, analysis the essentials of being. Being humble in the tense of self giving is often a reflect of self growth, however remember to be humble is to do with compassion, empathy, and generosity, not for self fulfillment that will only manifest without notice.

Compassion is an act of caring for others. Empathy is placing oneself in another persons shoes per say. At what point in our live do we stop engaging in moral acts of kindness. Are we doing so for gain for self-actualization or general concern for others dispute intrusive motivations.

Tonight at the family meeting a lady came up to me and shared that she called me for help one day and I took the time to hear her concern and provided her with HOPE, that was such a blessing to hear that her life is moving forward and that she felt cared about. Often times I go on my daily business helping others without even looking for reward..I guess it is true..you never know how you will impact someones life...therefore treat others with compassion and empathy always even if it just a passing smile or sign of hello. I am truly blessed to have the opportunity to do what I do because with each day I learn new opportunities to grow.
